The manager of a toyshop launches a successful media campaign to make people believe that Santa doesn’t exist. Worried children no longer write letters and orders decline sharply. Kidnapped by Nicolas and brought before Santa, the stubborn manager still refuses to believe the obvious. Beatrice is the only one who is able to reconcile the manager with his childhood and Santa.
