During his chimney-climbing exam, Nicolas gets stuck and panics so much so that afterwards he gets giddy and comes out in a cold sweat just from looking at a chimney. If he can’t overcome his panic attacks, he will never be able to become Santa! However, an unexpected event that puts the factory in danger gives him the opportunity to cure himself.
